McKenna Gold

      This beautiful gold and silver flute features handmade pointed arm construction. The headjoint is crafted with a 14K gold lip plate, wall and tubing. The body is 14K gold tubing with silver rings, toneholes and mechanism.

      The toneholes are hard-soldered. Each tonehole is balanced by hand to bring out and evenly maximize the quality of the illusive gold sound.

      Gold flutes are often described as having a brilliant sound—yet they are also characterized as warm or dark. It is the warmth within the gold timbre that this instrument highlights.
